Scallion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. water
    6 c. sliced scallions
    2/3 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    salt
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in large skillet over high heat.
    Add green onions and cook, stirring, until green tops are wilted approximately 2 minutes, drain.
    Add cream, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to skillet.
    Bring to boil and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup.
    Set aside.
