Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American (or Velveeta) cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with peppers
    2 (15 oz.) cans hominy
Preparation
    Melt cheese with soup.
    Add tomatoes.
    Mix all with hominy. Pour into buttered casserole dish; add crushed Fritos over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
