Nacho Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can chili (optional)
    onions (optional)
    green pepper (optional)
    garlic (optional)
    taco seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Melt cheese in crock-pot on low or in microwave.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook on low in crock-pot for 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.
    Serve over chips (tortilla).
