Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. broth (chicken or beef)
    1 medium onion
    1 (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder to taste
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes to taste
    butter
Preparation
    Slightly brown onion in butter, then add dried rice and brown a little more, about 2 minutes.
    Turn into casserole dish.
    Add broth, mushrooms, curry and parsley flakes.
    Stir, then add butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Stir to fluff.
