Egg Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage meat
    5 slices white bread, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    5 oz. American or Cheddar cheese, grated
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute sausage until meat is no longer red.
    Drain.
    Put bread, sausage and cheese in layers in a casserole dish.
    Pour milk, eggs, salt and mustard mixture over it and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Makes a 3-quart casserole.
    Be sure casserole dish is only 3/4 full.
    May be prepared the night before, or frozen and baked later.
