Meat Loaf With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 or 2 stems celery
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
    tomato catsup
Preparation
    Crumble crackers very fine.
    Cut pepper, onion and celery in chunks and put in blender.
    Blend on high.
    Combine all ingredients except cheeses and catsup; mix well.
    Use a large baking dish, one with a rack, if available.
