Chicken A La Maude - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. white sauce (medium)
1 c. chicken, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
2 oz. pimento, diced, drained
8 oz. peas, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
3 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
Preparation

Saute green onion, celery, and green pepper 3 to 4 minutes. Add white sauce to a 3-quart pot.
Add all remaining ingredients to sauce.
Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Serve over boiled rice.
