Baked Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 center cut pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the potatoes in a baking dish; top with onions, then top with pork chops.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 20 minutes.
