Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch spinach
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 hard-boiled egg whites
    6 slices bacon, fried
Preparation
    Wash spinach and dry.
    Hard-boil eggs; fry the bacon until crispy and cool.
    Chop white parts of eggs and set aside.
    In a shaker jar, mix vinegar, oil, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Shake well.
    Pour over spinach, torn in bite size pieces.
    Toss. Sprinkle on egg whites and bacon.
    Serve.
