Chonny'S Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork steak
    2 carrots
    2 stalks celery
    1 small green pepper
    6 mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    snow peas
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    Cut vegetables into small pieces. Place oil in frying pan; heat to medium-high.
    Brown meat.
    Add carrots, celery and green pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add garlic and cinnamon.
    Add mushrooms and soy sauce.
    Cook until mushrooms are tender.
    Add snow peas.
    Cook until hot.
    Serve over white rice.
