Stuffed Zucchini Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. jumbo pasta shells or manicotti shells
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    3 c. diced zucchini
    12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    6 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    14 oz. can Italian tomatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
    Drain and return to pot filled with cold water.
