Breast Of Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts, halved and boned (16 pieces)
salt and pepper
12 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can seedless white grapes, drained
8 slices ham, thinly sliced
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. white wine
Preparation

After seasoning chicken with salt and pepper, saute gently in butter until lightly browned and partly cooked.
Place ham slices on bottom of large baking pan and put sauteed chicken breasts on top.
Saute mushroom slices and add to chicken.
Next add water chestnuts and the mixture of mushroom soup, grapes and wine. Cover casserole with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
