Lisa'S Penne Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. penne
    6 qt. water
    2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. jar roasted peppers
    12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    grated Parmigiana cheese
    1 large white onion, diced
Preparation
    Bring water to boil. Add salt and pasta.
    Cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
