Spinach Stuffed Sole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fillet of sole
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped ham
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
dash of Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
-
Defrost sole.
Cook spinach and drain well. Spread spinach and ham on fish.
Roll and place in greased casserole dish.
Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
