Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, salt and mustard until light and lemon colored.
    Add oil, a small amount at a time.
    Beat until mixture is emulsified.
    Stir in lemon juice or vinegar.
    Refrigerate until needed.
    Makes 1 pint.
