Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pork sausage
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Crumble meat in a 2-quart dish.
    Cook in microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes.
    Stir to break apart; drain.
    Stir in rest of ingredients; shape into balls (1 teaspoon each).
    Can store in freezer up to 2 weeks only.
