Hot Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 (10 oz.) stick sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Shred cheese or let all ingredients stand at room temperature. Mix and work with hands into small balls.
    Can be put on cookie sheet and frozen separately.
    Put in plastic bag and use as needed.
    Cook in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for about 10 or 15 minutes. Serve hot.
    Makes approximately 6 1/2 dozen balls.
