Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. Oriental style vegetables
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. crabmeat
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add crabmeat and vegetables.
    Stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
    Add seasoning.
    Cook for 1 minute; serve immediately with steamed rice.
