Peanut Butter Yummies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. finely chopped dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll each in peanuts.
    Chill 4 to 5 hours before serving.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Yield: About 2 1/2 dozen.
