Jerome Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 sticks margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    whole graham crackers
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with whole graham crackers. Mix 1 1/2 sticks margarine, egg, sugar and evaporated milk and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
    Add graham cracker crumbs, coconut and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Pour over layer. Place another layer of graham crackers on top.
    Mix remaining margarine (softened), powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread on top layer.
    Refrigerate.
