Pineapple-Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O (sugar-free)
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Place pineapple with juice in saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Jell-O.
    Mix well.
    Stir in buttermilk and celery; set aside to cool.
    Fold in Cool Whip and mix well.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Chill until firm and serve.
    Makes approximately 15 servings.
