Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
    3/4 c. Minute rice (I use a little more)
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans creamed corn
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper.
    Melt your oleo in casserole dish.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes or until good and bubbly. Add grated cheese on top and cook until melted.
