Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles
2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. garlic
1/4 c. chopped onion or minced onion
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 big carton low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain grease.
Add tomato sauce, spice and onion.
Stir well and saute for 15 minutes.
Simmer an additional 15 minutes.
While sauce is sauteing, cook the noodles according to package directions.
Drain noodles; set aside.
Put 4 tablespoons sauce in bottom of long glass or metal pan.
Next, put 1 layer of 3 long noodles, then cottage cheese, sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Keep layering until all ingredients are used up.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 14 to 16 people.
