Baked Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except cracker crumbs.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of mixture. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
