Weight Watchers Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tomato juice
2 oz. tuna or chicken or 4 oz. ground turkey
1/4 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; simmer 30 minutes.
