Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (1 c.)
Preparation

Beat sugar, brown sugar and margarine until creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread into ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Cool; cut into 2-inch squares.
Yields 35 squares.
