Surprise Stuffing(Vegetable Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped yellow summer squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 c. crumbled corn bread
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute squash and onion in margarine until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased one-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
