Potluck Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 2 lb. pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except cornflake crumbs and butter, and pour into greased 9 x 13 casserole.
    Top with cornflakes and butter.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
    Can be refrigerated overnight.
