Tom'S Chicken Or Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pats of butter
    1 c. regular rice
    pork chops (about 6) or chicken
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place pats of butter in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle rice all over pan.
    Place pork chops or chicken in pan. Spoon soup over chops.
    Pour 1 cup water over all.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours for chicken.
