Lemon Perch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1 lb. perch fillets
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in skillet, skin side down.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
    Turn; continue cooking until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Serve butter mixture over fish.
    Makes 4 servings.
