Sweet Potato Pie(Better Than Pumpkin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 large sweet potatoes (2 1/4 lb.)
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar (white, brown or mixed)
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can evaporated milk or 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    3 (9-inch) regular frozen crusts or 2 deep dish crusts
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, bake or
    boil
    until easily pierced with fork. Peel and cool.
    Place
    in
    large
    bowl; beat with mixer until smooth.
    Add butter and sugar,
    beat
    in
    eggs, one at a time. Mix in salt, nutmeg
    and
    milk.
    Pour into crust.
    Beat at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 30 to 45 minutes longer until knife inserted comes out clean.
