Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 small pie shells (baked or crumb crust)
Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Put blueberries, sugar and cornstarch in heavy saucepan and cook slowly until starts to thicken, stirring constantly.
(Cooks in less than 15 minutes).
Remove from heat and let cool.
Bake pie shells and let cool.
Mix and beat until well mixed the cream cheese, nuts and sugar.
Spread 1/2 of mixture into each pie shell.
Top with half of blueberry mixture on each.
Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip to serve.
