Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (40 oz.) can sweet potatoes or yams
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 12 baking dish. Drain sweet potatoes well. Mash up with a fork. Beat eggs. Melt butter. Add eggs, vanilla, sugar, milk and butter to sweet potatoes. Mix well. Spread into pan.
