Mammy'S Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. peaches or any other fruit
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Add milk and vanilla flavoring.
    Mix all ingredients well with wire whisk.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Add fruit on top of mixture and top with margarine. Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
