Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Take butter and melt.
    Add onion finely chopped and saute.
    Add flour and make a paste.
    Add milk and slowly pour in.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Take Velveeta and dice up (saving a small portion for topping).
    Lightly grease a Pyrex or Corning Ware pan and add macaroni, liquid and cheese; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Last 15 minutes add the extra cheese on top and bake, uncovered.
    This recipe can easily be doubled.
