Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 or 9 oz.) carton frozen nondairy topping, thawed
1/4 c. finely chopped peanuts (optional)
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Beat in peanut butter and sugar.
Slowly add milk, beating until well blended. Fold in topping.
Ladle into crust, sprinkle with peanuts.
Freeze firm before serving.
