Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popcorn, popped
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light Karo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter, sugar and Karo. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add vanilla, baking soda and salt to butter mixture. Spray a roasting pan with Pam and put popcorn in.
    Pour mixture over popcorn and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool and break apart.
