Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Defrost and drain spinach, pressing to remove excess liquid. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place on baking dish.
    Microwave 2 minutes on High or bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    These may be frozen before baking but no longer than 2 weeks.
