Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. plumped raisins
    8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; hold.
    Mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, soda and salt and add to first mix and beat well.
    Add carrots, coconut, pineapple, pecans and raisins. Bake in 3 layer pans (greased and floured) at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cool completely and frost.
