Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
2/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 sprig parsley
1 tsp. salt
6 peppercorns
1 bay leaf
3 celery leaves
Preparation

Break cauliflower into smaller flowerets; set aside.
Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour over cauliflower and let cool.
