Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. melted fat or oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in milk, flour, salt, baking powder and fat or oil.
    Add 1 cup whole kernel corn.
    Blend; drop by spoonful into hot fat.
    Cook until nice and brown on both sides.
