Pork Medallions With Dijon Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pork tenderloin
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
Cut pork crosswise into 4 pieces.
To make medallions, place each piece of pork, cut side down, on flat surface; cover with waxed paper and flatten gently with heel of hand to 3/4-inch thickness.
Panbroil pork in nonstick frypan over medium high heat, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Remove medallions to warm platter; season with garlic salt and pepper on both sides.
