Mushroom Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    4 c. peeled potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 small jars whole mushrooms, drained
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend together soup, milk and pepper.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole or 9 x 12-inch dish. Arrange layer of potatoes, onion and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Pour soup mixture over all.
    Dot mushrooms and butter on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove foil. Bake 15 minutes more. Serves 4 to 6.
