Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour (unsifted)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and fry at 375\u00b0. Use waxed paper and grease skillet before putting pancakes in. Do not turn but once. After first mixing of ingredients do not stir the batter again. 1/4 cup batter per pancake = 4 inch pancake.
