Low-Fat Pound Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. egg substitute or 3 egg whites
1 1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1/3 c. pineapple or orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Grease a 10-inch tube pan lightly with margarine (do not flour).
In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
