Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and pumpkin. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Bake in loaf pans or vegetable or coffee cans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool and remove from pan or can.
Freezes well.
