Turkey Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 lb. ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. red wine
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
Preparation

Combine chili powder, cayenne, oregano, basil, red pepper, cumin and paprika.
Add to ground turkey and mix well.
Combine turkey mixture with onion.
Add Worcestershire sauce and wine. Cover and cook over medium heat 1 1/2 hours, stirring often.
Add garlic, tomato paste and catsup and mix well.
Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with chopped onion.
