Pineapple Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

1 heaping c. crushed pretzels
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small carton Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix pretzels, margarine and 1/2 cup of sugar; spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 5 minutes.
