Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. chocolate square, unsweetened
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate with 1 1/2 cups water and butter in a 10-inch skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir into boiling chocolate mixture; add vanilla.
Reduce heat.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Set aside and prepare dumplings.
