Greek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. cut-up chicken parts
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. cut-up carrots
    6 cut-up potatoes
    1 Tbsp. garlic
Preparation
    In large roasting pan, arrange cut up chicken (remove chicken skin).
    Also in pan, add diced carrots and potatoes.
